Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a position at Montana State Hospital in Warm Springs, MT. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients requiring social work intervention.

The LCSW will provide counseling and crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing social or emotional challenges across various age groups and care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and facilitate therapeutic groups
• Provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), primarily within the acute division for patients with personality disorders
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
• If experienced in psychosexual evaluations, candidates may be prioritized for immediate offers

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
• Active LCSW license in the state of Montana (or willingness to obtain – expedited licensing support available)
• Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest x-ray as applicable)
• Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulations)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Schedule Options:

• Standard: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Alternative: Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday (to support 7-day coverage)

Compensation Package:

• Travel Pay Rate: $39/hour × 40 hours = $1,560/week
• Weekly Allowances:
  • Meals: $476/week
  • Housing: $770/week
• Total Weekly Gross Pay: $2,806/week
