Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
• Location: In-person, Pontiac School District
• Openings: 2 Positions Available
• Start Date: August 2025
• Required Credentials: M310 and MSW

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student well-being
• Provide input for Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver social work services and interventions in the school setting
• Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community resources
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all legal and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Holds a Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement
• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) required
• LCSW may be required depending on state or contract
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
