RN Endoscopy/GI

Amergis Staffing iscurrently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for Endoscopy (Endo) assignments in Rochester, NY!

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks (+ability toextend)

Number of Openings: 3

Start Date: 6/16 or within 3-4 weeks of offer

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 (4×10’s or 5×8’s) / Days/ Mon-Fri

On-Call: on-call nights and weekends

Setting:

• Level 3 Endo/GI

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of RN Endo experience + Telemetry experience
• NYS RN license
• BLS (AHA)

TheEndoscopy RN will be responsible for planning and administering care of thepatient undergoing diagnostic Endoscopy procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state in which he/she practices
• One (1) year experience in a GI/Endo lab within the last three years preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements  
• Must be at least 18 years of age
