We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credentialing Assistant to support the onboarding process. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient credentialing experience for all clinic personnel, while maintaining compliance and accuracy in documentation.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credentialing Transition Support:

    • Assist in the migration of credentialing processes to the OCHIN platform.
    • Upload all existing personnel documentation into the OCHIN system.
    • Communicate with candidates, management, and external entities to facilitate the credentialing process.
    • Support both initial credentialing and re-credentialing of clinic personnel as new procedures are implemented.
    • Participate in transition and credentialing meetings, offering feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Data Management:

    • Accurately input and upload documents and data into the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system and DynaFile.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR and credentialing teams.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent form two year college or technical school or six months to one year related Administrative Assistant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
