Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: San Diego, CA  

Pay Rate: Up to $85 per hour – travel package attached under attachments

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral health services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health diagnoses. This role involves conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, and overseeing therapeutic services in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to staff, ensuring compliance with behavioral intervention standards
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) to analyze presenting behavioral challenges
  • Observe participants in various environments to develop effective Behavior Support Plans tailored to individual needs
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavioral change
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, working alongside healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans
  • Train and mentor staff in behavioral health best practices to improve service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, teaching, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing behavioral support for individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is required
  • CPR certification (if applicable)
  • Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
