Amergis Staffing iscurrently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) assignmentsin Indianapolis, IN!

 

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks (+ability toextend)

Number of Openings: 1

Start Date: 6/2 or within 3 weeks of offer

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 36 (3×12’s) /Nights / 7p-7:30a

 

Setting:

  • Rehab/LTAC Hospital

 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent Supervisory experience within a hospital setting
  • Minimum 2 years of recent LTAC and/or Tele RN experience
  • Vent and trach experience
  • IN RN or Compact RN license
  • BLS and ACLS (AHA)

TheLong-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse provides planning and delivery of directand indirect patient care to medically complex patients in long-term acutesettings. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current RN license for the state in which the nurse practices in
  • One (1) year nursing experience in a long-term acute care facility preferred
  • Experience in acute rehabilitation for vents, wound care, cardiac, and stable post trauma patients
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
