Caseload Details:

–            K-8thdistrict. Caseload will consistently be between 60-80 kiddos. Position ismostly evaluation based.

Specific Campus:

TBD, All schools are within a 10–15 minute drive from thedistrict office: 4650 W Sweetwater Ave, Glendale, AZ 85304

Pay:

$67hr
Hours:

40 hours a week.

Washington Packet (Do not need for submission)

MMR Vaccine Record or MMR Titer (Do not need for submission)
