Locals accepted – $62 hr.  | OT- $93 an hr.

Travel Package – $2,620 wk./36 hrs. | $30 hr. | $75 OT | Weekly Stipends-$1,540
Must live >50 miles from Neenah, WI | 

Shift Requirements: 12-hour NOCS – 6:30p-7a

Float Requirements: Float to Peds, ER, and possibly transports depending on experience.

On Call/Call-Back: N/A  

Weekend/Holiday: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Required Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA PALS, NRP, WI respiratory license, and RRT or CRT (NBRC). Prefer RRT.

Minimum Experience: 1+ years’ experience. Must have previous Level 3 NICU and pediatric experience.

Charting: EPIC preferred. 

Equipment: We use Draeger VN500/800, Servo U with NAVA, HFOV, MVP-10, Hamilton T1, and NoxBox.

Unit Specific Skillset: Basic Respiratory Care, Critical Care, Ventilator Management, Patient assessment with Assess and Treat Protocol

The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory and pulmonary therapy, management, and rehabilitation under the direction of a doctor.  The Respiratory Therapist treats conditions that affect the pulmonary system and help patients who are having trouble breathing from infants to the elderly in a variety of health care settings. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Respiratory Therapist Certification or Registration for the state in which he/she practices
  • One year of respiratory therapy clinical experience preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age Compliance & Ethics Expectations

The actual pay offered to a successful candidate will take into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and other variable factors.
