The School Psychologist works to support students through a variety of mental health and developmental issues and aid in qualifying students for additional support services. The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on-site psychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state and district.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must maintain current State licensures and/or certifications in state of assignment
- Experience in pediatric and adolescent population is preferred
- Master’s degree in psychology preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Caseload: Unknown at the moment Going to be working with multiple school districts within Intermountain ESD School Psych must be confident working by themselves and traveling to school districts that are in very rural locations Will be potentially driving 200 miles during the week to the rural school districts – must be okay with this Intermountain ESD is very supportive of their contracted staff and treats them like one of their own. |
