Talent Acquisition Coordinator I

Talent Acquisition Coordinator works in conjunction with Field and Corporate Hiring Managers and
Corporate, Clinical, and Divisional Recruiters, and Talent Acquisition Specialists, to ensure the completion
of new hire paperwork for each internal Amergis Healthcare employee. Coordinators work extensively
with Human Resources Payroll, and Talent Resources to ensure that paperwork is completed to State
and Federal standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performs applicable pre-employment checks, including, but not limited to, the submission of background checks, degree verifications, and reference checks
  • Maintains regular contact with the Field and Corporate Managers and Corporate, Clinical, and Divisional Recruiters, as well as Talent Resources Specialists to ensure the timely submission of new hire paperwork
  • Assists corporate and/or branch employees with new hire paperwork to ensure all hiring documents meet State and Federal guidelines
  • Checks and submits new hire paperwork for approval
  • Submits necessary information to Payroll help ensure all new internal hires are paid correctly and in a timely manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office, Internet, and email
  • Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills required; proficiency in the English language may be required
