Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in 1:1 or small group classroom settings across Orange County for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in students’ lives while working alongside passionate educators.
?? What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct support to students in classroom environments.
- Assist with implementing behavior plans and academic activities.
- Collaborate with teachers to support lesson planning and classroom goals.
- Use reasoning and supervision skills to help students thrive.
- Support students with daily living needs, including toileting and diapering.
- NOTE: Prior experience in an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) setting with children is required.
?? What We Offer:
- Consistent Weekday Schedule: Mon-Fri (8AM-4PM)
- Competitive Pay: $24-$27/HR (Up to $29 for RBT’s)
