CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) - ST

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Cantonese-speaking CNA or HHA to provide high-quality, culturally sensitive care to elderly clients in their homes. This role is ideal for someone who values dignity, respect, and personalized care for aging individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Monitor and report changes in health status
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families in Cantonese and English

Minimum Requirements:

• Prefer one year experience as a certified nursing assistant within the last three years
• Graduate from certified nursing assistant program with subsequent documentation as a certified nursing assistant per state requirements with proof of verification as being an active certification and in good-standing
• Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
