Amergis Is seeking highly skilled LCSW or a position in Broomfield, CO 80021.

Position Description: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of care plans for patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The LCSW provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients with social or emotional problems across various settings and age groups.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
Active license as an LCSW in the state of practice
Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age

Position Details:

Modality: LSW or LCSW
Specialty: Behavioral Health
Number of Openings: 1
Start Date: ASAP
Length of Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM, Monday-Friday
Hours/Week: 40 hours

Pay Package:

· Travel Pay Rate: $29/hr x 40hrs= $1,160wk

· Weekly Allowances: $1,435 (Meals $560wk and Housing $875wk)

· Total Weekly Paycheck Gross: $2,595wk
