Behavior Technician (BT) - School-Based | Orange County, CA

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in a classroom setting
• Provide one-on-one/classroom behavioral support to students
• Collect and report data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• 6 months ABA therapy experience required  
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification not required, but preferred! 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
