Great Home Health LPN Opportunity in Lakewood, CO!

Travel Pay (40 hours)

Hourly – $18.81/hr

Lodging – $925/week

Meals – $500/week

Total weekly gross – $2,177.40/week (pre-tax)

Local pay (40 hours):

Hourly – $45/hr

Please note: Caregivers need to have 1 year+ elderly care experience, 1 year+ home health or home hospice experience, and a reliable vehicle. EPIC experience preferred but not required.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse) – Home Health provides skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home and accompanies them when indicated to appointments, etc. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice
• One year prior professional nursing experience, home care experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
