Position Details:
- Location: Milwaukee, WI
- Compensation: $50/hour and up based on experience
- Hours: 37.5/week
- Grade Levels: Elementary, Middle, High School
- Openings: Multiple
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays)
- 2025/2026 School Year
- Weekly Pay + Benefits!
- Start: July 28, 2025
- Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- License: Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction license1820.
- Certification: CCC from ASHA preferred or eligibility forCFY.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with students aged 3-21 in a school setting.
- Knowledge of AAC devices and strategies.
- Strong collaboration and consultation skills.
- Experience with diverse student populations andevidence-based interventions.
Essential Functions:
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct evaluations, interpret findings, and recommend services.
- Intervention & Therapy: Develop and implement treatment plans/IEPs, provide direct and consultative services, integrate therapy into the classroom.
- Collaboration & Consultation: Work with various professionals, provide training to educators and parents.
- Assistive Technology & AAC: Assess needs for AAC devices, implement and train on AAC systems.
- IEP Development & Compliance: Participate in IEP meetings, develop goals, monitor progress, complete documentation.
- Professional Development & Advocacy: Provide training, engage in professional development, advocate for students.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and use culturally responsive practices.
- Additional Responsibilities: Maintain records, adhere to ethical and legal requirements, perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Info:
The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting isresponsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing anddocumenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed foreach individual student and the physician’s orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in thestate of assignment required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-LanguagePathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
