In Person School SLP 2025-2026 School Year

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for in person Licensed Speech Language Pathologists to create individualized care plans for speech pathology patients in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

Pay: Based on experience

Location: Open positions all over Los Angeles County, San Bernadino County, and High Desert 

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions to patients with speech, language, and/or hearing deficits as per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs; plan, evaluate, and modify care to achieve speech therapy goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on the patient’s comprehensive speech therapy program.
• Advise, consult, and instruct multi-disciplinary team members on specific speech therapy modalities and interventions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of a Speech Language Pathologist program accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association, holding or eligible for a certificate of clinical competence granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care facility, outpatient setting, community health service, home health agency, or private practice as a Speech Language Pathologist within the past two years preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
