Specialty/Setting: Long Term Care

Location: Southern Pines, NC

Pay: $33/hour

Shift/Schedule: Nights 6p – 6a / Weekends

Contract Length: 8 weeks

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. The ideal candidate willhave a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and will be responsiblefor delivering nursing services to our residents in accordance with establishedstandards and practices.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse License
Two years of Long Term Care experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
BLS certification
