Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) - Montebello

Amergis Staffing is now accepting applications for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work in the school setting!

Our 1:1 School LVN role duties revolve around 5 areas of care: G-tubes, Tracheotomies, Seizure Disorders, Type 1 Diabetes, and supporting mental/physical delays. We provide clinical training. Great for newly licensed LVNs or LVNs seeking pediatric experience. Make a major impact in a child’s life!

General Information:

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 8:00am – 3:00PM *Varies by case*

Pay: $30-35/HR *Depends on your experience

Location: Montebello, CA

**Weekly pay, attendance bonus, and employee benefits offered**

Responsibilities:

• Clinical training provided
• Screens and conducts health appraisals for students and staff.
• Provides follow-up evaluations on students as required.
• Recommends corrective action where problems are identified..
• Records immunizations, health findings, and other relevant health data.
• Other Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current BLS card.
• Clinical training provided before placement
