Job Description: As a BCBA with Amergis, you will:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ behavioral and academic goals.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
