Home Health Caregiver

Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours

Availability: Open availability required between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, open availability, and familiarity in traveling around San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.

• Certification may be required per state/contract
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
