Physical Therapist - Salisbury, NC

$58 – $60 / hour

 

Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract at a Outpatient Clinic in Salisbury, NC. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position:  Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Location:  Salisbury, NC

 

Pay Rate (Local): $58 – $60 Per Hour (Based on experience)

 

Total Travel Package: $2,606.00/week

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

• Taxable Wages = $1,360.00/week
• Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week
• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week

 

Schedule:

• Day Shift, 40 hours per week
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• M-F No Weekends or Holidays

Duration:

• 13 Weeks (Likely Extension)

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
