Job Title: School Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Frankfort, IL

Duration: 39 Weeks (25/26 School Year)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to students ensuring a safe and healthy school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct health screenings and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Illinois.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
