Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Beloit, WI

Pay Rate: Up to $60/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Department: Special Education

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Beloit for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to students, helping them improve their communication skills and overall academic performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Valid Wisconsin licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment (e.g., standing, bending, kneeling).
