Amergis Staffing is partnered with a much respected facility in Lowell, MA that is seeking LPNs to assist them on a contractual basis!

Details of the position include: 

Locations: Lowell, MA

Setting: Crisis Stabilization Unit

Start: 2 weeks from offer

Duration: 13 weeks to start

Schedule: ADULT UNIT

• 40 hours a week e/o weekend block scheduling.
• 7am – 3pm (x1)
• 3pm – 11pm (x1)
• 11pm – 7am (x1)

·       YOUTH UNIT

• 40 hours a week e/o weekend block scheduling.
• 7am – 3pm (x1)
• 3pm -11pm (x1)
• 11pm – 7am (x1)

Job Description:  

• The Crisis stabilization LPN will perform the following duties as needed on either the Adult or Youth units.

  ·  Medication Administration: Dispense prescribed medications and ensure proper documentation.

  ·  Health Assessments: Conduct health screenings and monitor vital signs to assess patients’ conditions.

  ·  Crisis Intervention: Assist in de-escalating situations and providing support during acute mental health episodes.

  ·  Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and coping strategies.

  ·  Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.

  ·  Support Groups: Facilitate or assist in health education and skills groups for patients.

  ·  Safety Monitoring: Ensure the safety of patients and staff by adhering to protocols and procedures.

Experience: 

• Good attitude. Excellent communication and organization. They have worked with the population before. 

Pay Rate: Pay is $42/hr for days and evenings and $44/hr for nights
