Clinician - Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Amergis Healthcare has an opportunity for a Master’s level, Medication Assisted Treatment Clinician at a corrections facility in Billerica, MA. 

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field: clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work
• Minimum one year of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-4p, No Holidays or Weekends

Job Duties: 

The MAT Clinician will provide treatment and support to assist patients in their recovery from addiction, assists with modifying problem behaviors; maintains standards of counseling practices in accordance with policies and procedures; participates as an interdisciplinary team member to advocate for positive clinical outcomes.

Duration: 6 months with likely extension or temp to perm offer
