Facility Overview: Our facility is a high-level care eating disorder treatment home for adolescent patients of all gender identities, ages 10-18, requiring inpatient care. 

Location: Menlo Park

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a residential setting. The LVN will provide care to a Amergisum of 6 clients, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic LVN duties, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures as needed.
  • Engage with patients during downtime, fostering a positive and interactive atmosphere.
  • Document patient progress and any changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Valid LVN license.
  • Experience in a residential or inpatient setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with adolescent patients.
  • Proficiency in phlebotomy.

Schedule:

  • Per diem, 12 hour shifts, NOC shifts mainly needed
