Join Our Team as a School Board Certified Behavior Analyst!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with academic and behavioral challenges? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic School Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of educational and behavioral services in schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and Training: Provide expert consultation and training to school staff and families to enhance their understanding and implementation of behavior analytic principles.
  • Behavioral Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive behavioral evaluations to identify the root causes of academic and behavioral deficits.
  • Intervention Plans: Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans that address specific needs and promote positive behavioral changes.
  • Clinical Teaching: Act as a clinical teacher by educating, observing, assessing, and supervising educational activities and behavioral service delivery to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools.
  • At least one year of pediatric experience is preferred.
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable).
  • Completion of TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable).
  • Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
