Endoscopy RN Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Special Procedures Unit. The Endoscopy RN will be responsible for planning and administering care for patients undergoing diagnostic endoscopy procedures.

Position Details:

  • Orientation: One week, up to 40 hours of modules, hospital safety instructions, and potential shadow shift.
  • Local Rate: $20.76/hr
  • Travel Rate: $20.76/hr + $1,000 housing stipend

Compensation:

  • Local Pay: $75/hr
  • Total Weekly Gross: $3,360
  • Hourly Rate: $35
  • Overtime (OT): $54/hr
  • Housing Stipend: $1,316
  • Meals Stipend: $644
  • On-Call: $6/hr
  • Call Back: OT rate (2x hourly for travel, 1.5x hourly for local)

Shift Information:

  • 4 x 10-hour days or 5 x 8-hour days (candidate’s choice)
  • One evening/night call shift required per week
  • Weekend call every 4-5 weeks

Licenses and Certifications:

  • WA RN License or Compact
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
  • Drug screen, TB test, Fraud/Waste/Abuse Certification (FS will provide link)
  • COVID vaccine no longer required

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years of travel endoscopy experience REQUIRED
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
    • One year experience in a GI/Endo lab within the last three years preferred.
    • Current CPR certification (if applicable).
    • TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable).
    • Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation).
    • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Additional Information:

  • Caregiver cannot have any RTO during the first 7 days after starting (orientation period).
  • Minimal RTO requests accepted (no more than 4 days).
  • No holiday RTO accepted at this time.
