Pay: $75-80/hr (depends on experience)

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students. The SLP will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans that support students’ academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Monitor and document student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
  • Educate and train staff and parents on speech and language development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure and certification (e.g., CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working with children in educational settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
