Position Announcement: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – LTAC (Rehab)

The Amergis Division is currently seeking highly skilled Certified/LPNs for a position at Health Rehab Hospital of Golden, located in Golden, CO 80401.

Employment Type: PRN and Contract

Location: Must be willing to float between Golden and Westminster locations

Compensation: $43.50/hr, equating to $1,566 per week for 36 hours

Eligibility: Local LPNs only

Hours: 12-36 hours/week

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in LTAC/Rehab/Med Surg settings as an LPN

Role Overview: The Long-Term Acute Care LPN provides direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patients under the clinical supervision of a Registered Nurse in facilities or specialty care hospitals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current nursing license for the state of practice
  • One year of nursing experience in a long-term acute care facility preferred
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
  • Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Position Details:

  • Modality: LPN (Locals Only)
  • Specialty: LTAC/Rehab
  • Exclusive to Amergis: No
  • Facility: PAM – Golden and Westminster
  • Number of Beds: 50 beds inpatient unit, also includes an outpatient unit
  • Shift Times: Days and Nights available (12-hour shifts)
  • Start Date: TBD
  • Length of Contract: 8 weeks
  • Shift: Must be fully flexible on days worked
  • Hours/Week: 24-36 hours/week
