Job Title: Psych RN

Location: Burlington, NC

Shift: 12-hour night shift

Contract Duration: 4 Weeks (High likelihood of extensions)

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• Two openings:
  • Monday-Wednesday schedule
  • Thursday-Saturday schedule

Compensation:

• $2002 per week for travelers
• $45 per hour for locals

Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and skilled Psych RNs to join our team in Burlington, NC. This is a 4-week contract position with a high likelihood of extensions. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts, with two available schedules: Monday-Wednesday and Thursday-Saturday. The position focuses on crisis intake, providing immediate and effective care to patients in need.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and triage of patients in crisis
• Develop and implement care plans for patients
• Monitor and document patients’ progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide support and education to patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Previous experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work night shifts
