The Long-Term Acute Care LPN provides the delivery of direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patients under the clinical supervision of the Registered Nurse in facilities or specialty care hospitals.

Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Acute Care

Number of Openings: 4 

Location: Chicago, IL

Shift Details:

  • Day Shift: 2 positions available
  • Night Shift: 2 positions available
  • Shift Length: 12 hours
  • Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week

Compensation: Competitive rate of $38 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in IL
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a long-term acute care or similar setting
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
