Program Type: Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home

Schedule: Per Diem (PM and NOC specifically, opportunity for AM!)

This facility serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who will benefit from enhanced behavioral support, staffing, and supervision in a homelike setting. It serves adults ages 18 and older with varying levels of neurodiversity or acquired brain injury needs who might also have mental health symptoms.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide enhanced support services, including flexible staffing according to resident needs.
  • Ensure 24/7 supervision and safety of residents.
  • Facilitate a variety of activities designed around the resident’s individual preferences and needs.
  • Assist residents with access to the community through staff-supervised transportation.
  • Emphasize choice-making skills and positive behavioral support strategies based on the unique needs and capabilities of each resident.
  • Collaborate with individual behavioral support teams, including program administrators, board-certified behavioral analysts (BCBA), nursing support, registered behavior technicians (RBT), licensed clinicians, occupational and physical therapists, psychiatric, and medical support staff.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy community environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or its equivalent
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
