Urgently Hiring After-School Instructional Aides!

• Assist in planning and implementing daily after-school program activities.
• Develop and encourage age-appropriate learning and socialization to boost children’s development
• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the program.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for the children.
• Help children with homework and school assignments.
• Provide tutoring and academic support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and behavior.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
• Prepare and distribute snacks or meals following health and safety guidelines.
