Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a highlyskilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker for an assignment in St.Helena, CA!

• 13 weeks 
• Day Shift, M – F, 8am to 4:30.  
• Discuss schedule with manager when interviewed, some flexibility.  
• Need either LCSW or LMFT

Needed to submit:

• cover page, resume, license verification, skills checklist
• RTO – no more than 5 days
• DOB
• FULL SSN

 *TotalTravel Package = $3,006.00/week/40 hours

·         WeeklyHousing Allowance: $770.00

·         WeeklyMeals/Incidentals Allowance: $476.00

·         WeeklyTaxable Income: $1760.00

*Based upon qualifying for position and allowances. Total packageis inclusive of taxable wages and allowances.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with themulti-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of carefor those patients/clients requiring social work intervention.  The Licensed Clinical Social Worker providescounseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social oremotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social workaccredited by the Council on Social Work Education required
• Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required
• Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
