The Implementation Specialist partners with the Manager, Implementation, members of the Program Management team and Corporate Support team to drive the implementation and support of all new Sunburst clients. The Implementation Specialist is also responsible for identifying areas of improvement and offering innovative and creative solutions to identified challenges. The Implementation Specialist must be a change leader ensuring return on investment for implemented initiatives and that clients and suppliers follow recommended practices. The Implementation Specialist will partner with internal team members to review training materials for content and user friendliness to ensure continued success post implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Executes scalable implementation plans to maximize understanding, adoption and usage of the Sunburst offering
  • Provides a high level of customer service to clients, agency partners and internal team members
  • Responsible for data collection and entry into appropriate VMS tool for successful customer/ supplier implementation
  • Maintains consistent implementation checklist to ensure critical steps have been met and on time roll out schedule is followed
  • Participates in trainings & product demonstrations to ensure constituents have a thorough understanding of the benefits and proper usage of applicable VMS Tool
  • Provides implementation support remotely or on site, as needed
  • Provides education on Sunburst Program capabilities to gain buy in from stakeholders on key initiatives
  • Partners with Manager, Implementation and Program Management team to communicate VMS enhancement opportunities
  • Creates and improves training materials, facilitator guides, job aids as needed
  • Collaborates with the Manager, Implementation, Corporate Support & Program Management teams to share feedback, communicate updates, and changes to current workflows/procedures
  • Acts as an ongoing resource to Program Management personnel
  • Provides follow up support to enhance training and champion teamwork and cross training within Sunburst
  • Contributes to a culture of mutual trust and respect
  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in Healthcare or Healthcare Staffing preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Results oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proven customer service skills, sound independent judgment, resourceful, creative, adaptable, and solid organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
