We are seeking adedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team and supportthe academic, social, and emotional well-being of students. The SchoolPsychologist will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and otherprofessionals to assess and address student needs, develop intervention plans,and foster a supportive learning environment.
Position Details
- School location: Spencer, IN
- Compensation: $70 / Hour
- Hours: 35 / Week
- Openings: 2
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays)
- Duration: Remainder of 24-25 school year with potential stay for 25-26 school year
- Weekly Pay
- Start: 2 weeks after offer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate academic, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students to address mental health concerns, social skills development, and crisis management.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding special education and mental health services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology (preferred).
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (state-specific).
- Experience working with students across diverse age groups and backgrounds, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The School Psychologist works to support students through avariety of mental health and developmental issues and aid in qualifyingstudents for additional support services. The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on-sitepsychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state anddistrict.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must maintain current State licensures and/or certificationsin state of assignment
- Experience in pediatric and adolescent population ispreferred
- Master’s degree in psychology preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
