Amergis Staffing is partnered with a much respected facility in Holyoke, MA that is seeking an LPN to assist them on a contractual basis!

Details of the position include:

Locations: Holyoke, MA

Start: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks to start

Schedule:

2^nd shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm)

DATES NEEDED: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday Sunday
3^rd shift (11:00pm – 7:30 am)

DATES NEEDED: Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday (Rotate ideally)

**Staff will need to choose 2 – 3 consistent dates to be scheduled and should expect to pick up a minimum of 8 additional hours per week to account for call outs.

Job Description:

The mission is to improve the health and thereby help enhance the quality of life for diverse patients and surrounding communities by providing exceptional primary care and preventive health and social services.

Experience:

1+ year of LTC/LTAC experience required.

Pay Rate: Up to $45/hr (based on experience)
