Amergis Staffing is currently seeking experienced RegisteredNurses (RN) for Emergency Department (ED) assignmentsin Columbia, MD! 

Position Details: 

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Number of Openings: 4 

Start Date: 04/14

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 36 (3×12’s) / Days / 7a-7:30p

* blocked weekend scheduling Friday, Saturday, and Sunday aswell Holiday as needed No Guaranteed hours

Position Requirements: 

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

The Pediatric Registered Nurse must be kind, compassionate,and caring towards children.  ThePediatric Registered Nurse must have a broad knowledge of emergency pediatricnursing care and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  The Pediatric RN assumes responsibility andaccountability for the application of nursing processes and the delivery ofpatient care in the emergency setting as well as effectively communicates withthe patient’s family and multidisciplinary team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License with in the state ofpractice
• Minimum of one year pediatric emergency room experiencepreferred
• Pediatric experience required
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
