Key Responsibilities:
- Instructional Support: Assist students with their academic tasks, ensuring they understand and complete their assignments.
- Behavioral Assistance: Provide guidance and support to help students manage their behavior and develop positive social skills.
- Personal Care: Offer support with personal needs, including physical mobility and therapeutic care, as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and healthcare providers to create a supportive learning environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress and any incidents, ensuring compliance with school policies.
