Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Start Date: April 7th (flexible)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM -5:00 PM | 40hrs/wk
Pay:
- Local: $62/hr starting
- Travelers: $3046/week
- $45/hr base
- $1246 stipend
JobDescription: Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated andcompassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a long term carefacility in Havelock, NC. This is a 13-week contract position with competitivepay rates for both local and traveling professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a long term care setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
