Hours: 48s;Block Schedules, but days of week may vary by month – schedules are made in 8week blocks and days of the week can change

License: CO/compact license in hand
Start: April21
Length: 24weeks
Experience: 2+ years of explicit psych experience; All staff will have toperform holds and physically retrain patients.
RTO POLICY: no RTO – client understands sick days and family emergencies,but they are relying on us to send candidates who can work the full 24 weeks
Orientation: 2 weeks (separate pay package below for orientation)
***must have American Heart Association BLS certification***
The Psychiatric or Mental/Behavioral Health LPN isresponsible and accountable for the application of the nursing process and thedelivery of patient care in the psychiatric unit of a hospital, mentalhealth/behavioral health hospital, or they can be responsible for care incommunity settings.
The LPN must demonstrate the ability to make clinicaljudgments in an effective and efficient manner with the supervision of a RegisteredNurse and in collaboration with the care team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current LPN license in state of assignment
- 1 year experience in a psychiatric care setting preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
