We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner in the Mishawaka, IN area to assist in providing excellent patient care for Geriatrics. Please see details below:
Position:
- Location: Mishawaka, IN
- Specialty: Geriatric Primary Care NP
- Setting: PACE setting
- Schedule: M-F 8a – 4p
- Week on/week off call rotation: Sat/Sun all day 4:30 p – 8 a. Call is only via phone, no travel required
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- 1 year of Geriatric NP experience
- BLS, CDS, DEA licenses/certificates required
- Board Certified required
- Clean and active IN state NP license
Compensation:
- Pay: By phone discussion only
