Nurse Practitioner Needed - Permanent Role - San Antonio, TX

Start Date: ASAP
Duration/Schedule Full time: M-F 8-5
On-call/Callback: No call is needed
Patient volume: 3+ patient visits daily

Requirements:

• Experience conducting annual wellness visits or similar comprehensive visits virtually or in the home
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Current and unrestricted DEA certificate
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
• 2 or more years of direct patient care required
• Managed Care/IPA/Health Plan experience
• Access to transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance
• 2 years of direct patient care relating to polychronic conditions
