Position:
- Location: Columbus, GA
- Specialty: Home Health NP treating patients with polychronic conditions
- Volume: 3+ patient visits daily
- Schedule: M-F 8a – 5p
- Permanent Position
- EMR: Athena
Requirements:
- 2 years experience treating patients with polychronic conditions
- Clean and active GA state NP license
- DEA license
- BLS
Compensation:
- Pay: By phone discussion only
