$80-$100k/year + Bonuses (Based on experience).
Locations include: Batavia NY, Lewiston NY, East to Rochester, and West to Buffalo.
Ideal Previous Experience for RNs
Although no true wound care experience or certifications are required, candidates with a background in any of the below will translate very well:
• LTC
• Home Health
• Case management/care coordination
• Wound care
Must be comfortable meeting the following general details and following intangibles:

4. Comfortable with productivity metrics
RN staff will have productivity metrics to meet on a weekly basis. Position will be mostly in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Standard week is 20 visits. Typically those visits will be spread between 4-5 different LTCs. Ability to meet productivity standards is the most important part of this role. Must also be comfortable with the following:
Traveling to 5 different sites daily
Must be available for interview with 48hrs of being submitted for position
1 Day training in Chicago
On top of salary, nurses have productivity tied bonus incentives. 50% of their bonus is tied to visits, the other 50% is tied to timely discharges, and ensuring they provide excellent care
