Contract CAT Scan Technologist (CT Tech)

The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans. The CT Tech must also be comfortable performing general X-Ray duties as needed.

Specific Skills/Qualifications Needed:

• ARRT/CRT/Fluoro/Venipuncture – Required
• At least 2 years of previous CT Tech experience – Required

Hours/Week:

• 8-hour shifts, PM/Mid Shift
• Every other weekend – Required
