Requirements:

Preferred candidates will also have:

  • Master of Public Health degree, other master’s degree, or doctoral degree related to public health or clinical research, or completion of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Epidemic Intelligence Service fellowship program
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Infectious Diseases
  • 2 or more years work experience in applied public health epidemiology, such as working as a medical epidemiologist at a state, local, or county health agency or at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
