We are looking for a BCBA to join our team! The BCBA will work in the clinic 40 hours per week. All hours are paid at the same hourly rate regardless of billable/unbillable. BCBAs must have their AZ LBA and FPCC. Interviews will be considered if these items are pending. The clinic serves clients ages 10 years and younger and the caseload is 8-13 clients. There are 30 RBTs within the clinic and BCBAs will need to provide supervision hours.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, develops and implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programmatic therapeutic services, and develops behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst acts as a program supervisor who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises behavioral service delivery in a clinic, home, or other setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
